Senior Finance Manager – FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Finance Manager provides strategic financial planning and analysis leadership for the Consumer Lending business line, partnering closely with senior leaders to support financial performance, resource allocation, and business strategy.

What You Will Do

Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the Consumer Lending business, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or banking experience
• Prior people management experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Demonstrated FP&A leadership experience
• Banking industry experience
• Consumer lending experience
• PowerPoint presentation development skills
