Role Overview
The role is to be the primary link between the Marketing Company, MC, and our global supply engine—aligning commercial ambition with operational reality so patients receive the therapies they need, when they need them.
What You Will Do
You will work hand-in-hand with Commercial and Finance to balance demand and supply plans, create pragmatic supply solutions, and challenge forecasts where needed.

Requirements
- Experience leading Integrated Business Planning cycles across multiple markets and brands
- Expertise with demand validation, scenario modeling, and planning tools
- Proven track record in customer service level segmentation and stock-out recovery management
- Background in pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with new product launch planning, range rationalization, and discontinuation management
- Familiarity with strategies for authorized generics and second brands, and associated labelling changes
- Strong master data governance and parameter setting in complex global supply chains
- Ability to translate market signals into actionable supply strategies across a 3–5 year horizon
