Role Overview
The role combines lead research and sourcing with automation to find and qualify the right accounts for the outbound team. The candidate will turn messy inputs into the one right decision-maker with a verified contact and build the enrichment and signal pipelines to do this reliably at scale.
What You Will Do
Resolve messy inputs to the one right decision-maker, build and own the sourcing and enrichment engine, turn guest data into high-intent, callable accounts, and deliver clean, verified, signal-rich lists into Salesforce.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless, or similar)
- Strong judgment resolving an ambiguous company to the right person, with clear reasoning
- A genuine appetite for automation and AI
- Comfort being hands-on with research early, while building the system that scales it
- Data discipline: verified records, clean handoffs, no guesswork
