The Sales Manager will execute the regional sales strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, and lead complex CAPEX sales cycles. They will analyze customer applications, deliver technical presentations, and provide structured market and customer feedback to support product and business development.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales, ideally in automation, robotics, or machinery
- Proven success in complex project and CAPEX sales
- Established network with machine builders, OEMs, or system integrators, ideally within the packaging industry
- Solid understanding of automation systems and industrial applications
- Strong commercial mindset and closing capability
- Excellent German and English skills
