Director, FP&A – LATAM

Role Overview

The Director, FP&A – LATAM will lead financial planning and analysis for Authentic’s fashion, lifestyle, sports and entertainment brands across Latin America. The role will serve as the finance partner to regional leadership, own the LATAM revenue forecast and budget, and build the FP&A team.

What You Will Do

The Director, FP&A – LATAM will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, as well as business and strategic analysis, FP&A operations and controls. The role will also involve leadership and team development, including serving as the primary finance partner to LATAM and regional business unit leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
• Experience supporting a multi-country Latin American business; licensing, consumer products, retail, media or entertainment experience strongly preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Portuguese a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau and/or Power Query preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills, with the judgment to go deep into the details and distill key insights for senior stakeholders
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across regions, time zones and functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A track record of identifying opportunities and driving process and performance improvements
