Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing organizations to Authenticom, generating qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team, and playing a direct role in driving the company’s continued growth.
What You Will Do
The Sales Development Representative will build pipeline, qualify opportunities, manage their pipeline, collaborate across teams, and represent Authenticom.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail leadership, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, or another customer-facing, goal-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals and performance expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Comfortable learning new technology and sales tools quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Collaborative team player who enjoys continuous learning
