Role Overview
We’re looking for someone with collections industry experience to transition into a consultative business development role. You’ll build relationships with collection agencies and introduce them to Autoscribe’s payment technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop relationships with prospective clients, learn and execute a consultative sales process, identify business opportunities, and conduct discovery conversations to understand operational workflows and payment challenges.

Requirements
- 3+ years working in the accounts receivable management (ARM), collections, debt recovery, financial services, or payment processing industry
- Strong understanding of collection agency operations, payment workflows, compliance, or client relationships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn consultative selling
- Comfortable speaking with executives and operational leaders
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
