Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Aventon, you’ll be the product marketing expert at the core of the Aventon narrative, collaborating with the Brand Director to steer the future of our award-winning lineup. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Creative, and Brand Strategy, ensuring cohesive product positioning, storytelling, and successful launches.

What You Will Do

Translate complex product specifications into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging, develop and execute product marketing strategies, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience supporting consumer products
  • Experience working with consumer products, preferably in cycling, outdoor, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
