VP Sales – Southeast Asia Market Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong senior Southeast Asia market leader with proven business performance experience in Industrial software. The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive with excellent people & commercial leadership skills, and track record in leading company operations by implementing business strategies and fostering business relationships, internally and externally across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.

What You Will Do

Establish Southeast Asia market goals and objectives, lead and influence effectively across Southeast Asia, manage and formally lead the Southeast Asia sales team, develop strategic and operational business plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and drive high sales growth in Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• 15+ years of proven track record as a senior executive in matrixed organization
• Thought leadership
• Collaboration and team player skills
• Innovative out of the box thinker with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
• Strong commercial skills, especially in sales and account management
• Good knowledge on EPC, OEM & Engineering Consultants driven project & Product sales
• Effective communicator with ability to clearly convey strategies, ideas and issues across all levels within the organization and across different work streams
• Excellent network in the industry at the level of top decision makers
