Role Overview
The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for maintaining, creating, and developing curricula and training materials for and presentation/delivery of, all sales training programs for BD Peripheral Intervention.
What You Will Do
Manage the on-boarding of field-based representatives, create and revise self-paced training materials, coordinate field ride assignments, and monitor and measure all field training activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive disease state knowledge, clinical experience in minimally invasive and surgical procedures, and experience selling disposable or small capital medical products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular and/or open surgery
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years documented sales experience
- Experience selling disposable or small capital medical products preferred
- Extensive disease state knowledge as well as clinical experience in minimally invasive and surgical procedures required
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships with both internal and external customers
- Proven success at performing responsibilities with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, objectivity, discretion, appropriate demeanor and professionalism
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning preferred; experienced stand-up trainer
- Compelling and articulate speaker who can manage a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
