Role Overview
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for carrying out sales and account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include acquiring clients for the bank’s Cash Management Services, establishing and managing relationships with external and internal partners, and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years of sales/business development experience, and basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years Sales / Business Development experience handling Cash Management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in relationship or account management
- Basic knowledge in spreadsheet, documents, and presentation applications (e.g. MS Office)
