Role Overview

We are a transformative tourism ecosystem seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Analyst to implement and operationalize targeted marketing campaigns, perform CRM data analysis, and develop reports to measure marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising and propaganda, marketing or related areas to communication
• Experience in marketing and CRM areas
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel
• Ability to analyze data, performance indicators, and develop reports
• Knowledge in CRM and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Knowledge in market segmentation techniques and personalized marketing campaign techniques
• Intermediate English
