People Operations Generalist

Role Overview

Belvedere Trading is hiring a People Operations Generalist to join their People Team. The role sits at the analytical core of the function, owning People analytics and HRIS, compensation market data, performance review program, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will have analytical rigor to earn credibility with leaders and People Operations depth to own programs that scale across the full employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Generalist will drive People analytics end to end, supply and pressure-test people data, own the People Operations side of the HRIS, lead compensation market intelligence, manage the performance review program, run offboarding, automate manual work, and support the broader employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or a related analytical role, with real ownership of data, metrics, or systems. They will have advanced Excel skills, experience with HRIS, compensation and market benchmarking data, and strong analytical rigor.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience considered
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL or similar querying experience
• Proven ability to build reporting that others use
• Hands-on experience owning or administering an HRIS
• Experience with Paycom, Culture Amp, and an HRIS migration
• Experience with compensation and market benchmarking data
• Strong analytical rigor
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
