Role Overview
Leads community sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and meet census/occupancy goals through direct sales duties and leadership of community resources.
What You Will Do
Leads a culture of sales, conducts sales activities, and ensures a tactical sales approach is followed across assigned business units.

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, sales management, communication, business management or other related area of study
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy/sales or revenue targets
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Exceptional communication skills
