As a business development practice advisor, you will support the performance of the career network and direct sales network by providing strategic guidance, coaching, and tools to optimize business practices.

Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product distribution of insurance and financial services
- University degree
- Fluency in French and English languages
- Certification AMF or relevant professional title in insurance or financial services
- Experience in management practice or business development
- Mastering CRM tools and digital distribution platforms
