Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, Tankers, you will drive new business growth across our National Bulk Liquid (Tankers) service within Specialist Services. You’ll focus on winning new customers, increasing waste liquid volumes, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell our wider service offering. This is a commercially focused role requiring strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a proven ability to win contracts and deliver revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Exploring, winning and managing new business opportunities in order to secure and grow the bulk liquids product, Proactively selling profitable new business in line with operating areas of strength, Developing and managing a detailed new business pipeline capable of providing a clear business forecast of expected volumes and over achieving on targeted new business sales revenues
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience of developing, managing and implementing new business services, with a strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships, Strong knowledge of the bulk liquids market, including both hazardous and non-hazardous products, with operational understanding of tanker specifications and fittings
