Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for the digital infrastructure behind our online presence across all communities. This individual owns website CMS management and content, business listings and ILS feeds, online reputation management through SOCi, attribution and UTM tracking for the full portfolio, and supports paid search and paid social campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support paid search and paid social campaigns, manage integration between the company’s Content Management System and paid advertising websites, own attribution tracking across all communities, and work with the Marketing Manager on the monthly targeted advertising budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field, and highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that aim to motivate, inform, and educate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
• Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that aim to motivate, inform, and educate
• Prior experience managing and leading SEO/SEM, and social media
• Yardi SiteManager experience highly preferred
• Canva experience preferred
