Role Overview

Owns the marketing outreach end to end, including the program, audiences, and data underneath it. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable in messy data, and organized enough to keep every audience defined and every journey mapped.

What You Will Do

Build and run the email program, build the audiences and journeys, own consent and compliance, own much of how HubSpot runs, fix and hold lead data accuracy, build attribution, build the reporting and scoreboards, automate lead routing, and work across product and web.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Built an email program from scratch, built multiple trigger and audience based flows, ran lists in the thousands, untangled a CRM, built in the platform, read the numbers instinctively, and treated consent and deliverability as part of the craft.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing or marketing operations experience
  • Deep hands-on experience in HubSpot or a comparable platform
  • Working knowledge of Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) and the equivalent obligations elsewhere
  • Lead generation or lead funnel experience
  • Practical understanding of attribution and data hygiene inside a CRM
  • A track record of building email or nurture programs that produced measurable results

Benefits

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life insurance and disability insurance
  • Health spending account
  • Flexible working hours
  • On-the-job training and growth opportunities
  • Free on-site parking
