The SFE Group aims to scientifically optimize MR activities, maximize the provision of value to target customers and sales contributions. The SFE Manager will create and propose sales strategies, optimize MR activities, and design sales organizations and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of data analysis and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales activity data.
  • Knowledge of external vendor-provided market data.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Logical thinking to structure challenges.
  • Solution proposal skills for complex challenges.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Practical experience of KPI design and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strategic thinking and logical thinking.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to environmental changes.
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude.
  • Mindset to promote data-driven decision-making.
