We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead up to 8 local sales teams across multiple countries to acquire the best restaurants for Bolt Food users. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and driving business growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of direct sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, including managing performance, coaching, conflict resolution, and incentive design
- Analytical skills using data-driven insights for planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
- Fluency in English and open to frequent travel across multiple markets
