And that’s where you come in: We are looking for you as Head of Marketing (d/f/m) to drive us forward on this exciting journey.

We’re looking to fill this position full-time starting 01.11.2024. Whether on-site at our Berlin offices, hybrid, or remote – the work setup choice is yours!

Your Day-to-Day

  • As a key leadership team member, you’ll report directly to our CRO.
  • You will shape and refine our marketing strategy, turning visionary ideas into actionable plans.
  • You will lead and manage all marketing channels, driving both inbound and outbound lead generation for sustainable growth.
  • You will oversee PR and product communication, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • You will balance incremental improvements with bold initiatives to explore new market segments.
  • You will monitor and communicate revenue-focused KPIs as part of the Revenue team.

We’re a Good Match If:

  • You’re a versatile marketer who experiments, learns quickly, and makes decisive actions.
  • You have 2+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • You’re well-versed in modern B2B marketing strategies and adept at managing marketing activities along the full Buyer journey and Customer lifecycle.
  • You combine empathy with expertise to lead and support your team effectively.
  • You use analytical skills to understand data, challenge norms, and guide decisions.
  • You’re experienced with Hubspot and other MarTech tools.
  • You’re solution-oriented, efficient, and systematic in your approach.
  • You have full working proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • You’re familiar with our target audience and the B2B market (SaaS, events, attractions, tourism).
  • You have a keen eye for design and can enhance our brand and corporate identity.
  • You have PR experience.
  • You excel in outbound B2B lead generation.
  • You speak additional European languages fluently.

  • Team Events: Our bookingkit BBQ in Berlin is a tradition that we offer multiple times in the year! Beyond that, we have summer and winter events to meet in person. Even ex-bookingkids come back to catch up with us on event days!
  • Extra Charity Day: We love it when bookingkids are involved in charity work. We support you with one extra day of leave for charity work.
  • Airport/Train Office Day: If you find yourself needing to travel by train or flight and are still able to work, though unable to take calls, you have the option of working this day instead of taking a vacation day.
  • Child Sick Days: 10 days of child sickness paid by bookingkit.
