Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager for TrueLight Machine Vision Solutions, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across North America by helping manufacturers solve complex production challenges through advanced machine vision and automation technologies.
What You Will Do
Identify, research and engage prospective customers, develop and execute strategic outreach plans, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, conduct presentations and demonstrations, and qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within industrial automation, machine vision, robotics, or engineered solutions
- Demonstrated success developing new business opportunities while managing and growing strategic customer accounts
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and the ability to identify automation and machine vision opportunities
- Experience presenting technical solutions and collaborating with engineering teams to develop customer-focused proposals
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account activities
- Willingness to travel throughout North America as required
