Role Overview
As a BDR Enablement Manager at Braze, you will partner closely with the Senior BDR Enablement Manager and the VP of Business Development to design and deliver programs that accelerate BDR productivity, deepen ongoing skill development, and prepare BDRs for successful transitions into Sales roles.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering ramp programs, developing and delivering ongoing enablement programs, monitoring BDR performance and engagement data, and partnering with Sales leadership to align enablement priorities with business goals.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related GTM function
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs with measurable impact
- Strong understanding of the BDR role and the full sales development motion
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales leadership, People teams, and PMM
- Comfortable working with data to assess program effectiveness
