Role Overview
Manage a nationwide Account Management Team, driving results through best sales practices and innovative sales strategies. Foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, and client success.
What You Will Do
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, equip team members with tools and training, and develop sales strategies to build the pipeline and enhance productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in an inside sales management capacity
- 5 to 10 years of sales or account management experience
- Demonstrated track record of driving productivity, increasing sales, and achieving objectives in a business-to-business complex sales environment
- Expertise in executing a consultative, solution-selling approach
- In-depth knowledge of the software industry. ERP experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Adept at identifying and quickly adapting to changes in the marketplace and the needs of a growing organization
- Superior, polished presentation skills and a high-level professionalism and business acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
- Ability to travel, as needed
