Role Overview

The Accounting & AI Automation Specialist will perform full-cycle accounting activities, support month-end and year-end close, and investigate discrepancies. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, emerging technology, and the ability to challenge inefficient processes.

What You Will Do

The Specialist will perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. They will also support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related accounting, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrated experience using technology, AI, automation, or integrated software solutions to improve accounting workflows
