Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Medford team. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making.

What You Will Do

Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning, analyzing financial results and identifying trends, risks and opportunities, preparing weekly reports for the executive leadership team, and presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; particularly Excel experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • Salary: $105k-$120k
