Role Overview
The role involves managing 2 direct reports and supporting the Senior Manager to develop the Race for Life product marketing strategy, plan and budget to achieve the relevant product objectives for Fundraising & Marketing.
What You Will Do
The role will involve leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated multi-channel campaigns, managing the development of compelling campaign content and creative assets, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless supporter journeys.

Requirements
- Significant (at least 18 months) ATL marketing experience, including TV
- Experience in media planning, ensuring channel plans are meeting agreed objectives and managing delivery deadlines
- Experience managing web pages, creating content and consistently reviewing web performance to make optimisations
- Proven success delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results
- Strong understanding of supporter or customer journeys and how channels work together to drive engagement and conversion
- Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing activity
- Experience planning and building email comms and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience using campaign insights and UX principles to optimise performance
- Excellent project management, prioritisation and leadership skills, ideally supported by a professional marketing qualification (CIM, IDM or equivalent experience)
