Principal Associate, Project Manager – Product Operations (Execution & Talent Enablement)

Role Overview

As a Principal Associate, Project Manager, you will drive operational excellence and talent development across product teams, bridging strategy, delivery, and talent by standardizing Jira workflows, managing OKRs frameworks, and executing capability-building routines.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining OKR methodology, reporting routines, and tracking cadences, managing Jira platform operations, reporting, and team-level enablement, executing organization-wide associate engagement programs, and creating and maintaining core operational artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree, 5+ years of Project Management experience, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Strong problem-solving and influencing skills, Work experience achieving results with complex projects
