Demand Generation Manager, Lead Gen

Manage campaign performance end-to-end, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and conversion rates to identify drivers for success and opportunities to optimize strategy.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of growth marketing experience
• Proven experience running scaled demand generation programs across channels (paid, email, web) with a focus on execution and performance optimization
• Creative marketer with a passion for understanding the audience and designing programs that inspire action
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, identify performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Ability to prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
• Experience collaborating across time zones to develop global strategies
• Strong ability to collaborate, build deep relationships with colleagues, and influence functional teams to achieve goals
• Experience working with Sales teams
