GES Project Sales Manager

The Grobal Export Sales Project Sales Manager will serve as the single point of contact for global export business customers for Project Sales across RLC and VRF products manufactured at Thailand, Japan, and China factories. The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC applications, customer relationship management capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering License, or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electronics)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HVAC, with preference for project sales or technical application roles
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge, including design, application, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones
• Customer relationship management experience with proven success
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and customer-focused problem solving
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit, Cradle, SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D/3D preferred
