Role Overview
The Technical Sales Engineer will accelerate adoption and growth of CO2 systems portfolio across major U.S. food retailers, focusing on display cases, integrated cabinets, and CO2-ready refrigerated merchandising solutions. This role will support and deepen strategic relationships, drive standardization of CCR’s case and cabinet product lines, and position CCR as the preferred technology partner.
What You Will Do
Assist in building multi-year account plans, expand adoption of cases and cabinets, convert pilot deployments into national standards, and identify product line expansion opportunities. Partner with customers to align CCR solutions with ESG, energy-reduction, and sustainability goals.

Requirements
- 5-10+ year’s experience in technical sales positions
- Proven success selling cases/cabinets, refrigerated merchandising, store fixtures, or display technologies to national retailers
- Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising objectives, and sustainability expectations
- Experience managing large, multi-million-dollar retail accounts
- Solid understanding of energy efficiency, refrigerants, and environmental compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA valued
