Account Executive

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Caseware, you will drive new, upsell, and cross-sell sales of Caseware’s product suite with a focus on small and medium-sized clients within the US market. You will be a founding member of the future Sales Operations team and will work on sales within the firm market segment, primarily selling the OnPoint suite of products to small firms and sole proprietors.

What You Will Do

You will use prospecting solutions to generate leads, create email campaigns, contact customers, and introduce them to the full scope of the Caseware product suite. You will also qualify inbound and outbound activities, establish key relationships with decision-makers, and provide advice and value guidance to Caseware prospects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech sales or a comparable customer-facing role
  • Ability to query various sources to identify opportunities
  • Self-discipline, GSD mentality, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Record of consistent achievement of goals
  • Foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes
  • Foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies
  • Experience or understanding of sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions
  • Prior experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent discovery, listening, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience mapping customer requirements, needs, and goals to solution capabilities, benefits, and outcomes
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
