Role Overview
The Head of Sales will own new business development end to end, recruiting top YouTubers into the creator network and bringing in brands hungry to reach them. This is a builder role, hands in the clay, running sequences, owning the CRM, leading calls, and eventually growing a team underneath.
What You Will Do
Build and run automated outbound campaigns, own and maintain a clean CRM, analyse funnel data, lead discovery and sales calls, develop SOPs and sales playbooks, collaborate with the internal development team, scale outbound volume, recruit and manage an SDR, and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements
- 5 or more years of sales experience within a startup, high-growth, or agency environment
- Proven experience working remotely with US-based companies
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, EmailBison, or similar
- Proficiency with a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Close, alongside Google Sheets and AI call recording tools
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse funnel performance and act on what the numbers are telling you
- Familiarity with the YouTube or creator economy, or a genuine drive to immerse yourself in it
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to present professionally to a US-based audience
- Availability to work 9am to 5:30pm EST, which translates to approximately 3pm to 11:30pm South African time
