CBTS is seeking a Sales Director to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
Requirements
- Define and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams through recruitment, performance management, and ongoing talent development.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships and managing strategic partner engagements.
- Optimize sales operations, CRM (Salesforce) utilization, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to execute go-to-market plans and revenue initiatives.
