Role Overview
The Sr Sales Enablement Consultant supports the sales and customer success teams, serving as Data & Fortellis subject matter experts. They engage with customers to identify pains, surface solution requirements, and provide solution proposals for data solutions. They ensure a smooth transition post-sale to professional services and customer success teams.
What You Will Do
Working with CDK dealers and internal resources to document workflows, perform solution reviews, gather resource estimates, and provide sales opportunity status updates. Presenting workflows and business cases, delivering technical sales presentations, and assisting in market analysis/research.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Automotive industry experience, pre-sales technical consultant experience, and strong analytical and presentation skills are required. The role involves occasional travel (<10%) and requires a proactive, self-sufficient mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Automotive Industry experience
- DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and Snowflake sharing experience
- Pre-Sales Technical Consultant experience
