Marketing Operations Data Analyst

Role Overview

This role will design and implement business intelligence solutions and reporting to support the broader refined products team, and will work with Marketing Support to optimize processes and tools to efficiently deliver customer service support.

What You Will Do

Transform unstructured data into analysis-ready formats, develop and maintain regular reports, metrics, and KPIs, and provide data mining and analysis across systems.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in functional analysis and design of analytics and reporting solutions
• Experience with data analytics and reporting technologies, such as Spotfire, R, UIPath, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SSRS, Tableau, WebI/SAP BusinessObjects, ACL, and/or other related technologies
• Proficiency with R, Oracle, SQL, VB Script, and/or PowerShell associated with the extraction, transformation, and/or loading of data
• Strong presentation skills
