Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Data & Analytics team by developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, healthcare regulatory knowledge, and the ability to integrate and analyze data across fragmented clinical and operational systems.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports; produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables; partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights.

7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics; strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, and healthcare reporting; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server / T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI
• Demonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, especially CMS regulatory reporting and State-level medical/clinical reporting
• Solid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and interoperability concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
