Requirements

  • Oversee a team of Data Analysts
  • Analyze and validate financial data
  • Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
  • Establish operational objectives, policies, and work plans
  • Manage data analysis and design of analytics products
  • Translate complex business requirements into data requirements
  • Lead structured, end-to-end analysis
  • Design future state data architectures
  • Perform extensive data profiling
  • Document data architecture solutions, business requirements, and training material
  • Drive adoption of and socialize data products with end users
  • Support standard methodologies in data analysis
  • Adequately staff the Data Analytics team
  • Lead and develop others by building skills through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training & development
  • Foster strong and meaningful relationships within the team, across the organization, and with corporate partners
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand needs and provide insights
