Requirements
- Oversee a team of Data Analysts
- Analyze and validate financial data
- Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
- Establish operational objectives, policies, and work plans
- Manage data analysis and design of analytics products
- Translate complex business requirements into data requirements
- Lead structured, end-to-end analysis
- Design future state data architectures
- Perform extensive data profiling
- Document data architecture solutions, business requirements, and training material
- Drive adoption of and socialize data products with end users
- Support standard methodologies in data analysis
- Adequately staff the Data Analytics team
- Lead and develop others by building skills through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training & development
- Foster strong and meaningful relationships within the team, across the organization, and with corporate partners
- Meet with stakeholders to understand needs and provide insights
