Senior Manager, Campaign Delivery & Martech Automation

Role Overview

Lead the Martech Campaign Delivery team, developing a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Partner with various teams to deliver integrated customer experiences.

What You Will Do

Manage and oversee vendor resources, define and monitor campaign delivery KPIs, own the end-to-end campaign delivery capability, and establish campaign delivery standards.

Requirements

• Solid experience in marketing operations/marketing roles, preferably in Financial Services
• Practical experience leveraging AI, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities within marketing and customer engagement functions
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, in particular Adobe Campaign/Adobe Journey Optimiser/Adobe Experience Platform, AEM & CJA
• An understanding of Agile methodology
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising marketing automation programs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Strong people leadership capability with a track record of coaching, developing, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer outcomes into measurable business value
• Experience operating in regulated industries with strong governance, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Technology, or related disciplines
• Relevant certifications in Martech platforms, customer experience, analytics, or AI technologies
