Role Overview

Join Chapter 2 as a Talent Partner and take our Go-to-Market hiring to the next level. You’ll be at the forefront of building the commercial teams that drive revenue, growth, and market presence for our clients.

Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ proven experience recruiting across GTM functions—Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and/or Customer Success.
• Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
