Business Development Manager – International Lubricants Sales to support growth across Central Asia markets, with a strong focus on Industrial and Mining sectors.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales within lubricants, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
- Strong exposure to Industrial and Mining markets is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of lubrication solutions and application-based selling
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities
- Strong track record working with distributor-led business models
- Languages: English (mandatory), Russian (mandatory), German or Dutch (advantage)
