Role Overview
As a Senior Market Lead, you will focus on building and growing relationships with middle market and large corporate clients. You will utilize your strong track record of success in the upper middle market — particularly with businesses generating $50 million -$1 billion or more in annual revenue — in addition to your experience with core C&I middle market deals.
What You Will Do
Develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence. Actively monitor and manage these relationships by fully understanding our clients’ goals, purpose, and business status.

Requirements
- A proven track record of developing and managing client relationships in commercial banking
- Expertise in loan structuring, business development, and credit quality management
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, and valuation
- A collaborative mindset to deliver seamless client service and build effective internal and external partnerships
- Active engagement in industry events to maintain current market knowledge and relationships
