Data Analyst Manager

Role Overview

CI&T is looking for a Data Analyst Manager to work on their AI Intelligence platform, Flow. The person will have a reference role in the analytical front, transforming large volumes of usage, events, and metrics into strategic insights.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst Manager will lead analyses related to adoption, usage, efficiency, costs, and governance of AI tools, structure and evolve metrics, and identify patterns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Analytics and working with complex business problems
• Mastery of SQL for exploration, transformation, and analysis of large volumes of data
• Experience with Python and data analysis and processing libraries
• Solid experience with Power BI and building dashboards and indicators for decision-making
• Knowledge of Grafana for operational metric visualization and tracking
• Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and analytical models
• Ability to perform exploratory analyses, identify patterns, anomalies, and relationships between different indicators
• Strong storytelling ability with data and translating complex analyses into recommendations for different audiences
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and metrics related to AI usage solution adoption
• Autonomy to conduct analytical investigations and influence decisions on Product and business
• Good communication and ability to act as a technical reference with different stakeholders
