Mid-Level Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to connect data engineering to the analytical consumption of the platform, transforming raw data into reliable, reusable, and business-oriented information.

What You Will Do

The professional will act in the construction of analytical models, datasets, metrics, and consumption structures, ensuring consistency between data, indicators, and different analysis channels.

Requirements

• Experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer with strong analytical experience
• Mastery of SQL and dimensional/analytical modeling
• Experience in building datasets and reusable analytical models
• Knowledge of Databricks/Lakehouse
• Experience with Grafana, Power BI, or other BI tools
• Ability to transform business needs into metrics and data models
• Experience in defining and standardizing KPIs and metrics
• Knowledge of data quality, lineage, and governance
• Ability to work close to Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business
• Critical vision to identify inconsistencies between sources, metrics, and dashboards
• Ability to transform data into insights and actionable information
