Role Overview
The Data Analyst will contribute to standards around which others will operate and develop an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function. The candidate will possess communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will accomplish results through the management of professional teams, integrating subject matter and industry expertise. The candidate will be involved in short-term planning, resource planning, and indirect responsibility of a cross-functional team to identify and validate client population analytics.

The candidate should possess strategic thinking, ability to engage resources outside of their direct control, and knowledge of analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.).
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years relevant experience
- Ability to think strategically
- Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.)
- Big data and machine learning experiences are (R, Python etc.) a plus
