Role Overview
As a Selling Sales Manager in our Arizona Market, you will support prospective guests and sales counselors, leading them through a planned road map presentation & demonstration about Oakwood Homes, Lifestyle, Community, Model Homes & Homes Sites. You will report to the Director of Sales and communicate with guests, members, and associates.
What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day sales activities in the sales field, assisting the Director of Sales with Manager on Duty responsibilities, and maintaining guest satisfaction through regular follow-up and follow-through.

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter & self-motivated
- Track record of Exceptional sales skills
- Experience in single family residential or related field beneficial but not required
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Effective at prioritizing
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow defined business processes and hold firm
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
