Role Overview
Join Clever’s Business Operations team as a results-oriented Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to mature our school and app-facing revenue growth and retention strategies. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to drive initiatives that impact our sales and customer success teams.
What You Will Do
Mature Clever’s GTM operational strategy, administer and optimize our GTM tech stack, map and document cross-functional processes, and own and analyze marketing, sales, and retention metrics.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Success Operations
- Systems administration experience in Salesforce
- Strategic planning and ability to create complex models for territory management, quota setting, and forecasting
- Change management experience rolling out new systems and workflows to large teams
- Data insights and ability to distill market and customer data into actionable revenue growth levers
- Project management and ability to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities
