Role Overview
The Director of Demand Generation will own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact. They will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, write direct-response copy, and develop testing strategies.
What You Will Do
The role involves building, launching, and optimizing Meta campaigns, managing budgets, audiences, and bid strategies, and diagnosing underperforming campaigns. The Director will also write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing, and use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations
- Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
- Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
