Role Overview
We’re hiring our first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will create and adapt content, build programs, and support the EMEA sales team. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment and knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA.
What You Will Do
Create and adapt sales enablement content, build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs, partner with Product Marketing and Marketing, and identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll be the enablement presence for the region, working closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing. You’ll have real room to shape how enablement is done in the region and will be the first enablement hire.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Strong internal collaborator
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
