Manager, Business Intelligence

We’re hiring a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our India-based BI team and drive high-quality, reliable delivery across reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Define and execute the Business Intelligence roadmap, aligned with company and client needs while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and contractual alignment
• Lead and manage a team of BI Engineers and Business Analysts, enforcing clear ownership, SLAs, and accountability.
• Act as a senior partner to Product, Operations, and Client teams, translating complex asks into structured work products for the team
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in data pipelines, reporting workflows, and team execution
• Build scalable, reusable reporting frameworks and KPI layers across the organization
• Champion a self-service analytics culture while maintaining governance and data integrity
• Implement robust processes for data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring
• Drive data quality, metric standardization, and governance across all reporting
